Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), Germany
Founded in 1472, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) is one of Europe’s leading public research universities, with over 52,000 students and a strong international profile.
Within LMU, the Geschwister-Scholl-Institut für Politikwissenschaft (GSI) is a renowned political science institute, offering interdisciplinary teaching and research across political science, sociology, contemporary history, and political education. It plays a key role in training future educators across all school levels.
GSI combines theoretical and empirical approaches, equipping students with strong analytical and methodological skills. Its research focuses on political institutions and processes at national and international levels, contributing to a deeper understanding of democratic systems and governance.

University of the Balearic Islands (UIB)
Founded in 1978 with roots dating back to the 15th century, UIB is a public university with campuses in Palma, Minorca, and Ibiza-Formentera, and a network of centres across the islands.
Serving over 15,000 students, it offers a wide range of bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD programs, supported by 10 faculties, research institutes, and innovation units. UIB combines tradition with modern research and teaching, promoting cultural and linguistic values, sustainability, community engagement, and digital innovation.

Zentrum für Schulqualität und Lehrerbildung (ZSL), Baden-Württemberg
ZSL is a state authority in Germany dedicated to improving school quality and teacher training. It supports around 4,400 schools and 130,000 teachers through initial and in-service training, curriculum development, quality assurance, and educational research.
ZSL also provides advisory services for schools, fosters international cooperation in teacher education, and promotes evidence-based practices in teaching, school development, and inclusion.

German School of Athens (DSA)
Founded in 1896, DSA is one of the oldest German Schools Abroad, offering a multilingual and multicultural education to over 1,120 students from 15+ nationalities. Following the German curriculum from preschool to graduation, the school awards the German International Abitur and other recognized diplomas. As a Begegnungsschule, DSA fosters intercultural understanding, bilingual education, and European values, maintaining high standards through rigorous accreditation and government-supported quality assurance.

Educational and Cultural Services of the City of Oulu
The City of Oulu provides diverse educational and cultural opportunities, overseeing early childhood, basic, upper secondary, and adult education, as well as leisure and cultural activities.
